Hilarious story! Don’t remember laughing so much on a podcast before
Nikki’s story really touched me. I come from a family of addiction, and have lost my father and two siblings because of alcohol and drugs. I have one brother left, but he’s also an alcoholic and I’m now just waiting for “the call”.
I recently also just did a podcast interview about “feeling helpless and coping” and I spoke all about my brother and the challenges of loving someone who has addiction issues. It was tough to talk about but extremely therapeutic.
