The City and County of San Francisco have mandated all patrons attending events at the Swedish American Hall are required to show proof of full vaccination (must be 2 weeks past final dose), or proof of a negative lab test result prior to entry. Tests cannot be self-administered and proof of the negative results must be in printed or digital format listing the test result, name of the health provider, and the name of the patient.
