Jessica M. Thompson

Jessica M. Thompson is an Emmy-nominated Australian storyteller and filmmaker who resides in Los Angeles. She made her feature writer-directorial debut with The Light of the Moon, starring Stephanie Beatriz. She was the lead director on Showtime’s original series, The End, produced by the Oscar-winning See-Saw Films. The series received five-star reviews from the Guardian and the Times. Her second directorial feature, The Invitation, had its worldwide cinematic release on August 26, 2022. It was #1 at the box office and #2 on Netflix during its opening week. Jess founded Stedfast Productions in 2010, a collective of visual storytellers. She is repped by CAA, Kaplan/Perrone, and Independent (UK).
