Synopsis

Jacob knew he was gay in Alabama. When his friends find out, start calling him out about it, and desert him, Jacob swallows a lot of pills. He calls his mom after swallowing the pills and she coaches him on getting it out of his system. She says, “Sometimes it’s not that you’re crazy. It’s that everyone around you is an asshole.”
