Synopsis

When he was a boy, Ed’s mother tried to conceal from him that the reason the bishop gave them Thanksgiving dinner ingredients was because they were poor. But then, the bishop invites young Ed up to his bedroom for “Confession.” The bishop says, “The Church has been really good to your family, so you need to do what I ask you to do, or you won’t be forgiven.”
