Working as a nurse in St. Thomas, Pam had to take care of a paranoid schizophrenic man named St. Clair Daniel. She was upset that the hospital let him go, because she was sure he was dangerous. St. Clair killed two people and their dog on the beach with a machete shortly thereafter.
