Synopsis

Phillip was raised in the South in a church community where he was experimenting sexually with other boys. Phillip’s father was Native American and was unimpressed by the bigotry expressed by the church’s minister when he gave a sermon about homosexuality being evil, so they left the church. Later, Phillip learned about how many Native Americans think of homosexuals as being “Two Spirits” who are integral to the balance of a community.
