Working the night shift at a Kmart in Williamsport, Matt takes a call from a self-described disabled veteran who begs him to deliver a single doorknob to a pitch-dark house deep in the woods. Matt and two coworkers drive out, and the old man who answers the door is nothing like his meek phone voice.
