Synopsis

(Content note: child sexual abuse) At fifteen, Jordan spends the summer with a friend’s charismatic father, Rob, a devout church leader who quickly wins him over. Then the man’s stepdaughter accuses Rob of molesting her, and no one believes her. Convinced she’s telling the truth, Jordan starts saving coins in a jar toward a single, terrible purpose.
