This story was told by Paul Peglar on episode #1046: Jolts

Synopsis

Note: These summaries are designed to help fans find their favorite stories and may contain spoilers!
Paul is working at a boarding school in Switzerland, and one summer day, smokes pot with a new friend, Adam, out in the woods. Paul starts to feel a flushed giddiness that he equates with the beginnings of romance -- with wanting to kiss someone -- which is weird, because he’s never been attracted to men before. Paul doesn’t kiss Adam, but wonders in confusion if all this time he’s been gay and hasn’t addressed it in his life. To test it out, he watches some gay porn…but it does nothing for him. The next morning he realizes that he’s not gay, he was just high, and experiencing real human openness and connection.
