Synopsis

At 19, Lucy is living in Mexico City, and sees a beautiful female singer in a bar who absolutely captivates her, even though she’s 100% straight and dating plenty of men. Lucy and the singer start flirting a little, but when the singer actually asks Lucy out, Lucy blurts “NO” and runs away. A year later, Lucy’s at another nightclub and this same experience plays out again, except this time the singer actually kisses Lucy before Lucy hurls insults at her and flees. Fast ford another year, and yes, you guessed it — Lucy bumps into the singer yet again, and this time when they kiss, drunk Lucy projectile vomits all over the woman. Two months later, Lucy finally comes out as a lesbian.
