Jude Treder-Wolff

Jude Treder-Wolff is a creative arts therapist, improviser, storyteller and trainer. She hosts the Improve In Real Life podcast, and the (mostly) TRUE THINGS storytelling show on Long Island. She has been featured on many shows and podcasts including The Story Collider, Generation Women, New Tricks, Story District in Washington, D.C., and Ex Fabula in Milwaukee, WI. She teaches improv online and in person, and trains health care and mental health professionals using creative experiences through her company, Lifestage, Inc.
