Synopsis

(Content note: child sexual abuse) In 1960s Richmond, VA, Ray finds an unlikely community among the older boys who raise pigeons across the river in Fulton. Ringleader Lester brags openly about sexual assaults he’s committed and starts eyeing the smaller boys in the crew. One afternoon Ray is invited to go fishing at his favorite spot on the James River.
