Jobim’s mom died when he was just a teen from ALS. It was a shock that took over a decade for him to come to terms with. A friend had dreams of Jobim’s mom and Jobim wished he too would have a dream of her, so as to be able to say goodbye. 13 years after the death, he had that dream.
