Synopsis

As a broke thirty-something in 1990s LA, Sam gets what sounds like a guaranteed shot at a national commercial through a friend. At the casting, surrounded by models and athletes, Sam bombs spectacularly, the casting director asking him about crime statistics while the other men get questions about their first cars. His girlfriend’s reaction afterward makes things worse.
